Can I come without an appointment?

All examination and treatment procedures in our clinic are carried out by appointment system. Please make an appointment before coming.

Is there anything I should bring with me to the appointment?

If you are visiting for the first time, you must have an ID or passport.

How early should I arrive for the appointment?

You can set your own appointment time. If you are in a hurry, you can arrive on time, but we advise you to arrive a little early. This way you can enjoy your waiting time in a pleasant way. You can drink tea or coffee in our clinic.

Can I change the appointment time or day?

We are aware that emergencies can happen at any time. Although we advise you not to make any changes to your appointment within the last hour, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible by calling us at +90 (554) 685 89 68 in case of a delay. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Is there a consent form I have to fill out before starting treatment?

Before starting orthodontic treatments, you must fill in and sign the Consent Form for Orthodontic Treatments. You can review the consent form in advance if you wish.
